To request a change of address please submit the completed Change of Address Form to the County Assessment Office. 

Ownership names to tax records are changed by the County Assessment Office, from deeds filed in the County Recorder's Office.

Trustee Surplus Sealed Bid Auction 2026

Real Estate and Mobile Homes properties that have been taken over by the Trustee, through the County, due to delinquent taxes, are available to purchase through the Trustee Surplus Auction. These properties become available to purchase through this auction when property taxes are not paid and tax certificates are not redeemed. Through the County's tax agent, who obtains the tax deed, the property is then offered for sale.
