All applications and registration of licenses must be completed through the ELIS system at https://apps.isbe.net/iwasnet/login.aspx  

Out Of State Applicants

At the time of the initial evaluation for an Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL), educators will be considered for all areas listed on an out of state license.  Information may be found at https://www.isbe.net/Pages/Professional-Educator-License-Teaching-Endorsements.aspx
