Submission Instructions:

- Bids/Proposals/Qualifications should be Submitted ELECTRONICALLY using the "Submit Your RFP, RFQ, Bid" link to the left of this page

- Submissions should be a single PDF file (plus a separate Microsoft Excel File, if indicated)

- Submissions should be NO MORE than 1-2 files including all Mandatory Pages

- All RFP, RFQ and Bids must include the Bidder Name, Bid Number & Title

- Submissions received after the due date & time will be rejected and marked "Received Too Late for Consideration"

 All data and documentation submitted for RFPs, RFQs, and Bids shall become the property of McHenry County, Illinois, considered public information, and made available for inspection in accordance with the Illinois Freedom of Information Act. Bidders may provide a redacted version of their submission, which will be used for FOIA purposes.
