The Court Monitoring Program monitors clients on Court Supervision or Conditional Discharge cases. Clients are required to successfully complete all of the conditions laid out in their court order.

A Court Services employee will conduct a one-time intake phone interview with you near the beginning of your sentence. During this interview, the details of your court ordered conditions, as well as the steps you’ll need to complete in order to be in compliance with those conditions, will be reviewed.

Your case will be monitored to ensure compliance. If non-compliance is verified, a letter will be mailed to you informing you that you will need to attend court on your scheduled termination. Additionally, if you incur a new arrest or violate a sentencing condition which the Court has required immediate notification of violation, the prosecuting attorney and the Court will be notified of the alleged violation and you may be required to report in-person to court.

You will be on Supervision/Conditional Discharge for the entirety of your sentence, even after all conditions are completed.
