The McHenry County Department of Health (MCDH) tracks respiratory illness in McHenry County including general respiratory illness, COVID-19, influenza, and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). Respiratory illness surveillance is performed year-round. Reports are updated each week Friday at 4:30 pm with the prior week's data. Presented below is a snapshot of current respiratory trends:
