The Maintenance Division oversees the repairs and maintenance of over 764,569 square feet of space in 19 buildings, assigning and tracking work orders through a central database. Approximately 11,500 work orders are submitted annually and completed by department technicians. In addition, our trained and certified technicians perform scheduled preventive maintenance on over 1,974 pieces of equipment.

The department is also responsible for meeting room set-ups, snow removal, grounds maintenance, and energy management. The County has received numerous certifications and awards for energy efficiency through the efforts of the Maintenance Department.
