Is there someone in your family or someone you know that has access and functional needs? If there is, when disaster strikes will they need assistance? Or medication? Or something that requires power to make sure they are safe?

Those with access and functional needs should prepare in such a way that their specific needs will be met. This includes receiving warning, getting to shelter, and what they may need after the disaster strikes.
