When available, we match on the commission number, which helps confirm accuracy.

You only need to enter your first and last name.

Optionally, you may add:

• Middle name
• Suffix (Jr., Sr., II, etc.)

Notary Fraud Alert is only available in counties that have chosen to participate in the program. If a county is not listed, it may not currently offer monitoring through this service.
