Applications

Liquor License - Corporate Form

For first-time applicants, the fee schedule is as follows:

First time application - $1,000 (non-refundable)
"A" License - $1,500 (Sale of on-premises consumption or packaged liquor)
"B" License - $1,500 (Sale of packaged liquor)
"C" License - $1,500 (Serving of liquor as catered food service)
"D" License - $100 (Sale of liquor consumed beyond premises but within property lines - must also hold an "A" license)
"E" License - $800 (Sale of on-premises consumption or packaged liquor - 150 days)
"W" License - $1,500 (Brewpub/Winemaker/Distiller for sale of on-premises consumption or packaged liquor)

Any liquor license holder with Video Gaming Terminals must also obtain a Video Gaming Terminal License.

Liquor License - Individual or Partnership Form

For first-time applicants, the fee schedule is as follows:

First time application - $1,000 (non-refundable)

"B" License - $1,500 (Sale of packaged liquor)
"C" License - $1,500 (Serving of liquor as catered food service)
"D" License - $100 (Sale of liquor consumed beyond premises but within property lines - must also hold an "A" license)
"E" License - $800 (Sale of on-premises consumption or packaged liquor - 150 days)
"W" License - $1,500 (Brewpub/Winemaker/Distiller for sale of on-premises consumption or packaged liquor)

Any liquor license holder with Video Gaming Terminals must also obtain a Video Gaming Terminal License.

Liquor License - Special Class "M"

Class "M" license shall authorize the retail sale of beer or wine for consumption on premises for a continuous period of 31 days. A Class "M" license shall only be issued to Agritourism Businesses.

Liquor License - Special Class "F"

Class "F" license shall authorize retail sale on premises of alcoholic liquor for the consumption on the premises for a period of 24 hours. A Class "F" license may be issued only to charitable groups, or non-profit associations or corporations, or religious corporations or government entities upon a determination by the Commissioner that the retail sale of alcoholic liquor will be for a charitable purpose. No more than three (3) Class "F" licenses shall be issued to any such organization or association in any one license year, such year beginning May 1 and ending April 30.

Liquor License - Special Class "S"

Class "S" license shall authorize the retail sale on premises of alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises for a 24-hour period. A Class "S" license shall only be issued to an organization or corporation which holds a current and valid liquor license. A Class "S" license shall be issued for the sole purpose of obtaining local liquor authority approval pursuant to an application for a State of Illinois Special Use Permit Liquor License. No more than ten (10) Class "S" licenses shall be issued to any organization or corporation in any one license year, such year beginning May 1 and ending April 30.
