Employer Mentoring Opportunities
Have you considered sharing your knowledge and experience with a Young Adult, who is just starting out in the working world?
We are always looking for volunteers! Opportunities to volunteer may include:
- Leading a workshop on a topic such as: interviewing, money management, entrepreneurship, leadership, soft skills, etc.
- Participating in an interview workshop as a mock interviewer
- Helping a Young Adult complete a Job Shadow or Informational Interview to learn more about your career/industry
- And more!

Internship Site Opportunities:
Each of our Young Adult Interns is given the opportunity to complete a paid internship at a company in McHenry County. You can get involved by:
- Hosting one of more of our interns
- Hosting a group of our interns for a company tour
