The McHenry County Coroner’s Office is seeking assistance from the public to identify an unidentified person found deceased in the Rush Creek Conservation Area in May of 2019. The McHenry County Coroner's office exists to provide the people of McHenry County with a thorough investigation in the event of a death, and to insure that the facts surrounding the death are as complete as possible so to arrive at the cause and manner of death. This investigation may include, but is not limited to: on-scene investigation, personal and medical history, psychiatric history, photographing, autopsy, toxicology testing, metabolic studies, X-rays, bacteriology, entomological studies, and notification of next of kin.
