Also listed are the days of the week and times that some Judges require certain matters be set for. Special Assignment Call (Criminal/Civil) - Courtroom 357

Assignment to trials, hearings & other proceeding through case management procedures; vacation and school coverage for Misdemeanor Non-Jury Call, Criminal Misdemeanor Jury Call and Traffic Call. Back-up Courtroom 104 Summary Suspension hearings; and during regular Court hours, the Special Assignment Judge (Criminal/Civil) shall have primary responsibility to respond to requests for assistance by the Court Administration Office, when not actively covering a courtroom.

Attorney General (AG) cases, related only to non-support matters will be heard in Courtroom 365 as follows:
          1st, 2nd & 3rd Friday of the month at 10:00am 
          4th & 5th Friday of the month at 8:30 a.m.

All motions and other matters brought to the attention of the Chief Judge; in the absence of the Chief Judge, matters shall be brought to the Acting Chief Judge as per Administrative Order 2018-18.  Civil Involuntary Mental Health Proceedings (MH); place of hearing to be determined. Civil Involuntary Mental Health proceedings are typically held away from the Courthouse at a mental health facility.
