File an Appeal using the Electronic Appeal Form:
DO NOT fill out the form online and then save it to your hard drive. The document that you save may be blank. As stated below you must save the file to your computer before completing the form.
After completing the appeal form, open the "SUBMIT YOUR APPEAL" option located on this page. Enter the required information. Be sure to enter your email address at the bottom of the screen and you will be sent a copy of your appeal and evidence. Also there are five upload boxes available to attach additional evidence.
When sending photos as evidence, please be sure that the Property Index Numbers or addresses are labeled on each photo (not in the text of the e-mail message) so that the Board can easily identify them.
After sending the file you will receive a message that your appeal was submitted.
