Home of the Sparrow
What we do: Home of the Sparrow serves homeless women and children.
- Services include: Transitional Shelter, Subsidized Apartments, Affordable Housing, a Rapid-Re-Housing Program, and Outreach and Prevention Services.
- Supportive Services include: intensive case management with a focus on employment, financial planning/budgeting, parenting classes and trauma recovery. Home of the Sparrow collaborates with other organizations to provide linkages to other services.
Who we serve: Homeless women who are single, pregnant, or accompanied by their children, including older adults. Eligibility requirements: Must be 18 years or older, including age 50+. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Additional Information: Home of the Sparrow collaborates with other area organizations to provide a wide range of services. Other Languages Offered/Interpreter Availability: Spanish interpreter available upon request.
