Brain Injury Health Management

What we do: Provides case management services, employment and education supports, skills groups, community support groups for peers, families and caregivers. Epilepsy clinics and telemedicine; medication monitoring and limited therapy through Rush University Medical Center psychiatric advanced practice nurse. Who we serve: Children and adults with acquired brain injuries (an injury to the brain that is not hereditary, congenital, degenerative, or induced by birth trauma). Eligibility requirements: must be a resident of McHenry County

Additional Information: Other Languages Offered/Interpreter Availability: Spanish Fees/Insurance: Both insured and uninsured welcome Availability: Hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday, 8:30am-12:00pm Support groups: Family support groups are second Monday of the month, 7:00pm-8:30pm Caregiver support groups are third Monday of the month, 6:00pm-7:30pm
