The Illinois Supreme Court entered a temporary order addressing in-person court appearances to ensure the health and safety of the public accessing the court.  The order (M.R. 30370) effective August 27, 2020, modified the Summons forms used in Small Claims and Arbitration cases.  Those modified Summons are available on our website.
