WOODSTOCK –   An investigation into the closure of a DMV in Woodstock was found to not put the public at a higher risk of contracting COVID-19, McHenry County Department of Health officials say.
MCDH was not consulted on the closure of the Woodstock DMV, 428 S. Eastwood Drive.   After an investigation into the closure, it was determined that the risk of COVID-19 exposure is no different than that of being in the general public, said Melissa Adamson, MCDH Public Health Administrator.
“We want our community to be cautious. If someone thinks they may have been exposed to the virus, they should contact their primary care physician for an assessment,” Adamson said.
