Arturo Hernandez-Pedraza Sentenced to 50 Years in the IDOC for Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child, Crim Sex Assault, Agg Crim Sex Abuse and Sexual Relations within Families

ARTURO HERNANDEZ-PEDRAZA SENTENCED TO 50 YEARS IN THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS FOR PREDATORY CRIMINAL SEXUAL ASSAULT OF A CHILD, CRIMINAL SEXUAL ASSAULT, AGGRAVATED CRIMINAL SEXUAL ABUSE, AND SEXUAL RELATIONS WITHIN FAMILIES
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announces that on December 19, 2019, Arturo Hernandez-Pedraza, 42, formerly of Crystal Lake, was sentenced to 50 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for three counts of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child, four counts of Criminal Sexual Assault, two counts of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse, and three counts of Sexual Relations within Families by the Honorable Judge Michael Coppedge.
Defendant must serve 45 years of his sentence at 85% and will be required to register for life under the Sex Offender Registration Act upon release from custody.
