DANIEL HAWKINS SENTENCED TO FIVE YEARS IN THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS FOR DELIVERY OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announces that 27-year-old Daniel T. Hawkins of Crystal Lake, Illinois, pled guilty to Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine), a Class 1 felony, before the Honorable Robert Wilbrandt.
On April 11, 2019, Hawkins sold cocaine to a confidential informant.
The investigation was investigated by the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and was prosecuted by Brette Dunbar of the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office.
