Woodstock, Illinois will become the fourth community in Illinois to charge for single use plastic bags in major retailers in town starting January 1st.  Students were instrumental in assisting with this.  Instead of emphasizing recycling students know that reduction is the key.  Think about what you can reduce when shopping and choosing items.
