Daniel Pollet Sentenced to Six Years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse

DANIEL POLLET SENTENCED TO SIX YEARS IN THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS FOR AGGRAVATED CRIMINAL SEXUAL ABUSE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announces that on November 25, 2019, Daniel Pollet, 37, formerly of Clinton, Wisconsin, was sentenced to six years in the Illinois Department of Corrections on two counts of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse, Class 2 felonies, by the Honorable Robert Wilbrandt. Defendant will serve each six year sentence concurrently and be required to register under the Sex Offender Registration Act for life upon his release from prison.
This case was investigated by members of the Woodstock Police Department. This case was prosecuted by Sharyl Eisenstein and Mary Ann Scholl of the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office.
