Richard Susinka Sentenced to Seven Years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the Offense of Delivery of Heroin

RICHARD SUSINKA SENTENCED TO SEVEN YEARS IN THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS FOR THE OFFENSE OF DELIVERY OF HEROIN
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announces that Richard Susinka, 38, of Island Lake, was sentenced to seven years in the Illinois Department of Corrections by Honorable Judge Michael Coppedge after pleading guilty to Delivery of Heroin, a Class 1 Felony.
On May 10, 2018, Susinka sold a confidential informant five doses of heroin laced with fentanyl.
This case was investigated by members of the McHenry County Sheriff’s Department. This case was prosecuted by Brian Miller of the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office.
