Jack D. Hoschouer II Pleads Guilty to Unlawful Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance

JACK D. HOSCHOUER II PLEADS GUILTY TO UNLAWFUL POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DELIVER A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announces that Jack D. Hoschouer II, 21, of McHenry, Illinois, pled guilty to Unlawful Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, a Class 2 Felony, before the Honorable Robert Wilbrandt.
On September 25, 2018, Hoschouer was the passenger in a car that was stopped by members of the McHenry County Sheriff’s Department. During a search of Hoschouer, approximately 1.2 grams of LSD was found in his pocket, totaling at least 100 doses.
Hoschouer was sentenced to five years in the Illinois Department of Corrections pursuant to the plea.
This case was investigated by members of the McHenry County Sheriff’s Department. This case was prosecuted by Brette Dunbar of the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office.
