Patrick Milton Sentenced to the Department of Corrections for Delivery of Heroin

PATRICK MILTON SENTENCED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS FOR DELIVERY OF HEROIN
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announces that, Patrick Milton, 30, was sentenced to six years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for one count of Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Heroin), a Class 1 Felony. On or about August 30, 2017, Patrick Milton delivered heroin to Jessica Chapman who then delivered heroin to another which resulted in the death of that person.
The case was investigated by members of the McHenry Police Department. The case was prosecuted by Michael Combs and Kyle Bruett of the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office.
