Jacob Reis Sentenced to the Department of Corrections for Delivery of Alprazolam

JACOB REIS SENTENCED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS FOR DELIVERY OF ALPRAZOLAM
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announces that Jacob N. Reis, 22, of McHenry, Illinois, was sentenced to four years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Alprazolam).
On May 14, 2018, Reis delivered alprazolam to Rachel Ramirez, which caused her death.
This case was investigated by members of the Cary Police Department. This case was prosecuted by Robert Ladd of the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office.
