Nicholas Domino Sentenced to Ten Years in the Illinois Department of Corrections

NICHOLAS DOMINO SENTENCED TO TEN YEARS IN THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announces that 48-year-old Nicholas Domino of Huntley, Illinois, pled guilty to Unlawful Possession with Intent to Deliver Cannabis, a class X felony and was sentenced to ten years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
This case stems from a lengthy investigation by the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and Drug Enforcement Administration which resulted in several search warrants at Domino’s home and storage units where more than 250 pounds of cannabis were located.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant State’s Attorneys Randi Freese and John Gibbons. The investigation was led by Detective Jason Draftz and Special Agent Greg Brotan.
