Miller held the annual delinquent tax sale. 1,371 parcels were sold which is the lowest number since 2005 if not longer, representing a total of $6,555,611.48 of which $5,841,227.82 was collected. The weighted average of penalty bid was .67% which represents a substantial savings for tax payers since, by law, the maximum bid is 18%.
