Wellness Screenings include point-of-care testing for A1C, cholesterol and glucose, blood pressure, heart age assessment, and body mass analysis. Fasting is optional and results are available immediately. Screenings are scheduled each month at either MCDH's Woodstock or Crystal Lake locations, or at various community sites throughout McHenry County.

The cost of screenings are:
$35: A1C & Cholesterol/Glucose tests
$25: Cholesterol/Glucose test only
$20: A1C test only
All screenings include blood pressure measurement, body mass analysis, and education on results.
