Sensible Salting Workshops

These workshops provide a comprehensive overview of current best management practices that maintain safety on roads
while minimizing impacts from roadsalt to our water, environment, and infrastructure

Sensible Salting 201 is designed for managers, supervisors, or elected officials and will delve deeper into operations management, policy, and planning.  The program will include a panel discussion with other managers who have been working with liquid anti-icing and other sensible salting policy/practices over the past decade as well as a tour of a top notch brine making facility.
