Animal Control
There has been an increase of bat activity reported in September (and most likely will continue into October). Be sure pets have been vaccinated against rabies. Never touch a bat! You can't tell if it has rabies just by looking at it. If bats are found in the home and there has been exposure by a family member or pet, contact Animal Control 815-459-6222.
