Case Scheduling


The following judicial assignments are effective on April 8, 2013 per Administrative Order 2013-04.  Also listed are the days of the week and times that some Judges require certain matters be set for. All cases must be scheduled a minimum of 48 hours BEFORE the court date per the Chief Judge of the 22nd Judicial Circuit.

Traffic Call - Courtroom 102

Cases must be scheduled for the proper day and time that the local prosecutor is scheduled for Traffic Court. Traffic Court begins at 8:30am or 1:30pm. On Wednesdays, Traffic Court is held in the City of McHenry at City Hall.  Refer to the monthly Traffic Court Schedules: Courtrooms 102 and McHenry Branch Court 

 

Special Assignment Call (Criminal/Civil) - Courtroom 357
